How We Guarantee Fairness
Before each raffle opens, we generate a random 'server seed' and publish its cryptographic hash. This hash is locked in and cannot be changed. When the raffle closes, we reveal the original server seed and combine it with public blockchain data (which we cannot control) to determine the winning ticket.
Because the hash was published before tickets were sold, there's no way for us to manipulate the outcome. Anyone can verify that the revealed seed matches the published hash, and that the winning number was calculated correctly.
Think of it like this: We write down a secret number, seal it in a tamper-proof envelope, and show you the envelope before the raffle starts. When it's time to draw, we open the envelope in front of everyone. The math guarantees we couldn't have changed what's inside.

How are winners notified?
Winners are notified via email and can see their win status on their account page. All wins are also publicly displayed on the raffle page.
What if I win? How do I claim my prize?
Once drawn, you'll receive an email with claim instructions. Physical prizes are shipped free within the UK. Cash alternatives (where available) are transferred directly to your account.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Ticket sales are final once purchased, except in the case of a cancelled raffle where all participants receive automatic refunds.
Are there limits on how many tickets I can buy?
Yes, each raffle has a maximum ticket limit per user to ensure fair distribution. This limit is displayed on every raffle page.
What happens if a raffle doesn't sell out?
The draw still happens at the scheduled time. You actually have better odds when fewer tickets are sold!
How long does prize delivery take?
Physical prizes ship within 7 days of winner verification. Cash alternatives are processed within 3-5 business days.
Is this legal?

Do you take a cut from the prize value?
